[2013 Reading Challenge] Books In English

Kita cuma disuruh baca 12 buku berbahasa Inggris selama tahun 2013 trus buat postingan review tiap buku plus wrap up nya di akhir tahun ntar. Nah, berhubung saya udah netapin tahun ini sebagai The Year of Paulo Coelho, list saya adalah semua buku Paulo Coelho yang pernah saya tulis di post ini.

Cuman, ga seru kan kalo Paulo Coelho mulu, jadi ditambahin deh :D Kayanya seru juga kalo baca 2012 award winning books^^ So, based on the list I found here, here are some books that I want to read this year to complete this interesting challenge^^
  1. The Casual Vacancy - JK Rowling (cuman karena penasaran sama post-Harry era :p)
  2. The Perks of Being Wall Flower - Stephen Chbosky (recommended by my best friend, what can I say?^^)
  3. Hilary Mantel - Bring Up the Bodies (2012 Man Booker Prize Winner)
  4. Life on Mars - Tracy K (2012 Pulitzer Winner for Poetry)
  5. The Snow Child - Eowyn Ivey ( International Author of the Year at 2012 National Book Awards)
  6. Rat Burger - David Walliams (Children Book of the Year at 2012 National Book Awards)
  7. The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry - Rachel Joycef (New writer of the Year at 2012 National Book Awards and long-listed for 2012 Booker Prize)
  8. The Song of Achilles - Madeline Miller (2012 Orange Prize for Fiction)
  9. Black Cat Bone - John Burnside (T.S. Eliott Prize for Poetry)
  10. The Sly Company of People Who Care - Rahul Bhattacharya (2012 Ondatjaa Prize)
  11. The Yellow Birds - Kevin Powers (2012 Guardian First Book Award)
Ooooooohhh, again, so many books - so little time.... Harus fokus, fokus dan fokus... Kurangin stalking di fesbuk dan mantengin twitter. Mendingan baca aja biar challengenya segera accomplished :p

Love,
Dhieta
